With over 15 years of experience spanning private practice and ophthalmic surgery environments, Phil offers a uniquely comprehensive approach to eye care.
He has worked alongside leading ophthalmologists across retinal, paediatric, cataract, and refractive specialties, gaining extensive experience in complex ocular disease management, surgical co-management, and advanced diagnostic imaging.
Beyond clinical practice, Phil has contributed to dry eye research and served on expert advisory panels for major therapeutic companies, providing insight into the development of new treatments and technologies. He also teaches the next generation of optometrists as a clinical educator at the University of Canberra, sharing his expertise and passion for patient-centred care.
